Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

Omelet with spinach, cheese and sausage


6 Medium eggs
1 tbl spoon of sour cream
7 or 8 Fresh Spinach leaves
Sausage – diced and cooked
Cheddar Cheese – shredded

Cooking directions:

1. If the sausage is raw, break or cut it into small pieces and sauté. Make sure it is cooked all the way through in a non stick frying pan.

2. In a bowl break 6 eggs and beat them with the fork so the texture is nice and smooth. Add few pinches of salt according to your taste. When you are done add a table spoon of sour cream to it to make it more rich.

3. Rinse and then cut spinach leaves into small pieces.

4. When sausage is cooked, put blended eggs in the same pan along with spinach and cheese. Give it a few stir with a wooden spoon and then flip the omelet over if you have the expertise. Let it cook for approximately 5 minutes until firm.

5. Enjoy the healthiest breakfast food ever!
