Swiss Muesli

Here is a twist on granola and yogurt, and all it takes is a night in the refrigerator.This is one of our family favorites;-)breakfast delights

Swiss Muesli

Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Start to Finish: 8 Hours 5 Minutes
Yields: 1 Serving
Exchanges: 1 Fruit, 1 Other Carbohydrate, 1 Skim Milk, 1/2 Fat


1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light vanilla yogurt
1 Nature Valley® roasted almond crunchy granola bar (1/2 pouch), crushed
2 tablespoons dried mixed fruit (from 6-oz package)

Did You Know? Muesli was developed by a Swiss physician in the early 1900s to promote good health in his patients.

Variation: Substitute cut-up dried cranberries, apricots or cherries for the dried fruit.
