Turkey Burgers



Turkey Burgers



Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

3/4 pounds ground turkey

1/8 cup dry bread crumbs

1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 green onion, chopped

1/4 tsp plus a pinch salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp milk

1/2 egg, beaten

1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 patties, each about an inch thick.

2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes. Turn and top each burger with a slice of provolone cheese. Cook until done, about 6 minutes longer.

3. Serve the burgers on focaccia spread with mayo and pesto and topped with sliced tomato.
