Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

10 nos apples

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1. Peel, core, and chop about 10 apples. Add to a pot with about 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup sugar (or less). Cover and bring to a boil.

2. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, until the apples are all in the liquid. Lower the heat and cook uncovered to thicken.

3. When the apples are soft enough, mash them with a wooden spoon or potato masher. Add cinnamon (about 1 tsp or to taste).
