Fried Egg Plant Slices



Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

1 lb Egg Plant

2 cups Vegetable oil

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Chili powder

1 tsp Ginger Paste

1 tsp Garlic Paste

1 tsp Salt

1. Cut the egg plant into slices, mix together turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and make a thick mixture.

2. Then apply this mixture on the slices of egg plant on both the sides properly and keep it aside for 30 mins.

3. Then deep fry the slices of egg plant till both the sides are golden brown.

4. It can be served with rice or paratha.
