Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

7 oz Semolina

4 Tbs Ghee (Clarified Butter)

2 oz Cashewnut

2 oz Raisin

5 gm Cardamom

5 gm Cloves

3.5 oz Sugar

1. Heat ghee in a pan, add into it cardamom and cloves then add in the semolina, cashewnut, raisin and roast the semolina in the ghee till it turns golden brown.

2. Then add water into the roasted semolina, but add just that much amount of water so that it gets absorbed by the semolina and not too less otherwise the semolina will not cook well.

3. After adding the water stir well then add sugar into it and mix thoroughly, cook until all the water is absorbed by the semolina and it increases in volume.

4. If desired almond, pistachio can also be added, it can be served for breakfast or for dessert.
