Stuffing (Turkey or Chicken)



Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

7 cups soft bread, cut into cubes

½ cup butter, melted

2 ½ tsp. poultry seasoning or sage

2 tsp. celery salt

1/3 tsp. pepper

½ cup onion, chopped

1. Combine all ingredients. Stuff chicken or turkey. Make extra and place separately in a greased dish. Cover and cook the last 30 minutes or so at about 325-350 (or whatever temperature you are cooking the turkey at). Mix the stuffing from the bird with the stuffing cooked separately.
