Regular Blueberry Muffins



Ingredients, Method & Procedure.

2 cups flour

2 tsp sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix egg, milk and oil. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir until all flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Combine the rest of the sugar with the blueberries and fold into the batter. Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
